Panoramic Tour of Rio de Janeiro's Beaches

To start our City Tour well, we will visit the beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana, with a stop for photos. The landscape can be admired by taking a delicious coconut water in the traditional kiosks on the boardwalk.

Christ the Redeemer Statue

Then, nothing better than going straight to the main attraction of the city: Christ the Redeemer.

Lunch in Steakhouse Included

It’s time to have lunch. We will stop in excellent steakhouse in the neighborhood of Copacabana. Drinks and desserts are not included.

External visit to Maracanã

Popularly known as “Maraca”, the stadium was inaugurated in 1950. It has already been the scene of great events such as the thousand goal of Pelé, World Cups 1950 and 2014 and Rio 2016 Olympics.

Sambódromo

The project was conceived by the famous Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer and was inaugurated in 1984. Known popularly as “Marques de Sapucaí”, it is the stage of every year the greatest spectacle of joy on the planet, the Carioca Carnival.

Selarón Stairs / Arches of Lapa

A small break for digestion and we will move on to know the rich history of Rio de Janeiro hidden behind its architecture. Right in the heart of Lapa, you will enjoy the famous Selarón Staircase and the Arches of Lapa.

São Sebastião Cathedral

Inaugurated in 1979, it has an innovative architecture, with 75 meters of height and capacity for twenty thousand people. It has already received the visit of three Popes, being the last one during the world-wide day in 2013.

Sugar Loaf

To finish with a flourish, nothing better than to end the City Tour Rio Experience in one of the most magnificent views of Rio de Janeiro, the Sugar Loaf. Simply amazing!
