Your journey begins with a visit to the Parque Natural Municipal da Prainha, one of Rio’s last protected wild beach ecosystems. Continue to the unique Praia de Abricó — Rio’s official nudist beach — nestled between the Atlantic Forest and the sea. Then head to the stunning Praia de Grumari, consistently ranked among the most beautiful and preserved beaches in Brazil.
