Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. After that, 50% of the amount is retained.

• Tours are not cancelled due to cloudy or rainy weather. Boat tours may be cancelled for sea conditions, with a full refund.
• Rescheduling is allowed once, and a fee of up to 30% may apply.
• Fees paid locally: Arraial do Cabo: pier boarding fee and transfer to the pier; Búzios: pier boarding fee; Angra dos Reis: city entrance fee; Favela tour: Rocinha residents' association fee
• Full refund if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
